I had called The Spa Team to schedule a service appointment for our hot tub that suddenly stopped working properly. I spoke with Grant on the phone to schedule the appointment and although they were quite busy, he was able to get me scheduled within a month for a technician to come out. Grant was very professional in helping gather information ahead of time to ensure the best possible outcome. Fast forward to the appointment, Jesse was the technician that came out to diagnose the problem. I received a text that morning from The Spa Team confirming my appointment and estimated time of arrival. Jesse promptly got to work and followed up with me after diagnosing the issue. Jesse was very professional and detailed the issue along with explaining in simple terms potential options to get it fixed.
